Treat mom to a special champagne brunch at the MAC this Mother's Day! We'll be serving a brunch buffet of Chef Nestor's finest foods in our magnificent Grand Ballroom, complete with live music to enhance the ambience!
MOTHER'S DAY MENU
-Fresh Fruit
-Housemade Muffins
-Donuts, Churros, Fruit Kringle and Bagels
-Belgian Waffles
-Honey Mustard Glazed Ham Steak and Peppercorn Bacon
-Crispy Pan Fried Hash Browns
-Cheesy Scrambled Eggs with sour cream and green onion
-Garden Salad
-Artisan Rolls
-Saffron Rice Pilaf
-Baked Basil Chicken topped with sweet red pepper coulis and shaved parmesan
-Poached Salmon
-Fresh Golf Shrimp with horseradish cocktail sauce and lemon

-Kids Friendly Housemade Chicken Tenders
-Live action chef station: Au Poivre New York Strip, cooked to order & Lemon Pepper Seared Diver Scallops with Fresh Tomatillo Salsa and Jicama Slaw.
For dessert, we have an assortment of pies and cakes as well as a Chocolate Fountain with strawberries, pineapple and marshmellows for dipping!
