● Chicken Roulade – Prosciutto wrapped chicken breast filled with garlic prawn & chorizo on sweet potato crush, broccolini & aged balsamic.
● Lamb Rack – Dukkha crusted rack of lamb on parmesan fried polenta, blistered truss tomato, beetroot relish.
● Mushroom Tart (V) – Wild mushrooms sautéed with leeks in red wine & tarragon, finished with onion jam, pecorino snow on a salad of avocado, baby spinach & toasted macadamias.
