SciBall 2017 will be held on Saturday June 3rd at the Published Arthouse.
It will begin at 7 PM and will feature a 2-course meal, a special guest speaker, free flow drinks and hopefully lots of dancing!
The dress code is formal - we’re looking forward to seeing you all don snazzy suits and elegant dresses. See you on June 3rd!

Staff/Academics - $100
Entree:
- Chef's Selection - Chicken Croquette, Salmon on Belini, and Lightly Battered Zucchini Flowers
Mains:
- Apple and Anise Braised Pork Belly with Sweet Potato Noodles and Bok Choi
- Grilled Sirloin Steaks with Red Wine Jus, Potato Mash, and Green Beans
The vegetarian/vegan option is:
- Entree - Lentil Empanadillas and lightly battered Zucchini Flowers
- Main - Mushroom Ragu with Crispy Polenta
