"And on the seventh day... the Beat-Herder Parish Church posse and the Camel Club crew got together and all had a massive RAVE!!"

That's right, on Easter Sunday (16th April) Camel Club is throwing its back doors wiiiiiide open and being fully taken over (and under) by the wicked and wonderful posse from Beat-Herder's Parish Church.

For those of you who may not have heard of Beat-Herder, it's a fantastic, family-friendly festival based just over the hills in Sawley near Lancashire, and runs across one full weekend every July. You can find the Parish Church nestled in the woods at the festival - walk in and you may well find a congregation of sinners mid-service, all on their knees asking for forgiveness, or the entire place packed to the rafters, nuns dancing on pews to DJs playing the funkiest beats ever heard in a place of worship!
The Camel crew are lucky enough to take over the church for a night at the festival each year, and this Easter the Parish Church preachers are returning the favour. HALLELUJAH!

Bring your fellow sinners down to Camel Club, get hazy and praisy with us and help to raise the roof all as Parish Church DJs, Bongo Dave and Camel resident DJs drop some dance floor bank holiday bangers and also resurrect some classics. Nun DMC DJ Collective coming your way! You name it, they'll play it... house, dance, disco, techno, bassline, dubstep, glitch, hip-hop - expect to raise Jesus from the dead!

Both the main room and the Brick & Ball Room will be open on the night, main room 2230-0500 and back room 0000-0400.

✞ There will be a midnight massive resurrection - raising Jesus from the dead, all live on stage! This truly has to be witnessed to be believed. There'll be a singalong, possibly a sing-off, there'll be devils, nanas and nuns... Make sure you do not miss it!

✞ We will even have a confession box available for any religious wrong-uns wishing to get some sins off their chest - REPENT AND GET BENT!

✞ As well as all this, we will be giving away 600 FREE Easter eggs!

SUNDAY SERVICE TIMES:
10:30pm on Sunday night until 5am-ish (or until your knees can't take any more!) on Monday morning. It's Bank Holiday Monday so no work for most of us! If you've got work, consider this an order now to book it off! Amen!!

£3 Camel members
£3.50 students (with a valid NUS card)
£4.50 others
Bar staff are free (with a recent wage slip and ID)
£1 off for religious fancy dress - and we mean *proper* fancy dress, a cross on a necklace doesn't count!!! Think nuns, Jesus, Mary, priests, vicars, popes, Adam/Eve, monks...
