Charleston Jazz Club is pleased to announce this year's musical extravaganza. Mark your calendar, set a reminder or tattoo the date in reverse on your forehead but get ready and don't miss “Charleston's longest running jazz jam.”

The 5th Annual Charleston Jazz Jam will bring many of the region’s best jazz musicians, some playing together for the very first time, together with new faces on the Charleston music scene to create this special evening of extemporaneous musical magic.

Sunday October 26, 2014, from 5-9 pm, Prohibition Charleston continues its mission of "Bringing the Swing back to Upper King" as this year's venue sponsor for the 5th Annual Charleston Jazz Jam.

Charleston Jazz Club is also pleased to announce this year’s emcee the multitalented Joe Clarke, who will join the Charleston Jazz Jam’s all star rhythm section of Wayne Mitchum - bass, Ron Nihoff – percussion and one of Charleston’s true contemporary jazz legends, the inimitable Oscar Rivers, Jr. – keyboards.
