Party: Hogmanay (Scottish New Years)

Welcome the New Year in style at our Hogmanay party! Wednesday, December 31. Cocktails 6:30 p.m., dinner at 7 p.m., entertainment at 8:30 p.m. The meal features roast beef carved with horseradish on the side, roast ham with mustard on the side, roasted potatoes, gravy, wax beans, Caesar salad with bacon bits and croutons, tossed salad with assorted dressings, Scottish baps and butter, tea and coffee.

Dessert: Berry trifle in champagne flute, assortment of fresh fruit, assorted cookies and shortbread.
