Time to party!! Lets get together and have some fun for new years..

Lets welcome 2017 with some fun, camp fire, dinner on 31st night following with a early morning hike to see the first sunrise of the year









Highlights

1. Nature retreat venue away from the city noise and pollution

2. Barbeque grill veg/ non veg

3.Ground fireworks and Lanterns

4.Early morning sunrise hike into the wilderness followed by Yoga

5.Good music good food

* This is a non-refundable event as we will be making prior payments for bookings.

* If we get enough car's to do carpooling, we will opt for that, else we will hire a 22 seater bus.Do mention in your rsvp on your transport preference.

Procedure: Join the waiting list. Make the payment and once the payment is received we will move you into going list.

Few things in between are not planned and these things are must in an adventure trek.

Note: Most of us may not be serious trekkers but all of us have equal responsibility in protecting our beloved earth. GHAC earnestly requests all its members to be socially responsible whilst the treks and avoid any littering, shouting when in wild or causing anything that would disturb the normal ecology.



Tentative Itinerary:


Strictly no Alcohol and Smoking. The person will be asked to leave if they do.

31st-December :

5:00 PM Evening: We will start from Hyderabad. Pickup points and transportation mode will be communicated later.

8 PM: Reach Divya Retreat the barbeque and party starts.

10 pm we will have dinner

10:30 pm We will have a camp fire, Music and some fun games and more way into the new year.

1st January:

5 am: Early sunrise Morning Hike

7 am: come back from hike and have a refreshing Yoga/Meditation session.

9.00 am: Breakfast and more games

11:00 We will start back to Hyderabad and take the memories along with us :)

THINGS TO CARRY

1. Trekking shoes for the morning hike.

2. A water bottle to carry water for the hike.

3. Torch light

4. Sleeping bag (else get 2 blankets one to put on the floor and one to cover yourself up). We will pitch tents if anyone wants to sleep, else we will play some new made games all along the night :).

5. A Comfortable pair of clothes like track suits etc

6. Please bring a signed copy of this declaration

Important Instructions:

1) No smoking and strictly No alcohol
2) No littering, no pollution of water
3) This is not a luxury trip, but all care has been taken to make your trip comfortable
4) We carry Basic First Aid and if you need anything you can ask the organizers
5) if you feel unwell bring to the notice of the organizers immediately.
6) If you cant swim don't go deep into the water.

7)Organizer word is final, and if any unwanted behaviour is exhibited, the person would be removed from the trek at anytime.
