The Brisbane City Pops Orchestra is back by popular demand for their 17th year at Kedron-Wavell.
SHOWTIME
An exciting and entertaining collection of some of the most memorable music from your favourite shows, composers and groups!!!
We will feature a wonderful selection from the romantic South Pacific, as well as some of Irving Berlin’s best-loved melodies.
You will enjoy reminiscing over some of Broadway’s best showstoppers and who can forget one of our favourite bands “The Beatles” .
Our vocalist is Gregory Moore, an audience favourite, as well as ours! He will delight you with “Goodbye” from White Horse Inn, music from “The Vagabond King”, My way and others.
As a special treat, we will have the famous poem, The Man From Snowy River, narrated by Martin Daubney with an orchestral background.
Other items will include Golden Wedding (featuring solo clarinet), our trumpeters amazing us with Bugler’s Holiday and some Strauss as well.
