We have put together a fun-filled, jam-packed weekend for all students – starting with the Student Sports Bazaar on Saturday the 1st of October!
Come down to the SIr David Wallace Sports Hall to get a taste of all sporting opportunities on offer at Loughborough and join in with the UK’s most successful and longest running sporting experience!
Experience the best of Loughborough Students' Sport all in one place. With live presentations and people on hand to answer all your questions, deciding which Athletic Union club or sport you want to take part in will be a joy.
All 56 Athletic Union Clubs make an appearance and this gives YOU the chance to see the brilliant range of sports that Loughborough University has to offer. Not only this, but you can find out more information about sports which you have never tried, maybe even never heard of before! And if they take your fancy, you can sign up there and then! Clubs showcase their talent and athleticism through incredible demos including a selection of sports from martial arts, to trampoline and sit-down volleyball! This gives you a first-hand insight into what you could get involved in!
Whether you want to engage with sport competitively, recreationally, start coaching or volunteering, the Student Sport Bazaar has it all! There is also the chance to get yourself a gym membership and learn more about fitness classes!
With 56 clubs ranging from American Football to Water Polo the Athletic Union offers sports opportunities to almost 4500 students every year. As the reigning BUCS champions for the last 36 years in a row, sport plays an incredible part of the Loughborough life and is the basis for many students’ fantastic journey throughout their time at Loughborough.
