The Knotty G's
Gill sang in the shower and she got good.
Chuck played guitar in the shower. He ruined all of his guitars but he got pretty good too I guess.
Chuck Knott and "Jill with a G" form the funky and fun-loving folk duo known as The Knotty G's. Formed in Asheville, NC, they travel the country serving up soul in a hearty original recipe of pan-seared-boot-stomping-upbeat tunes, slow-cooked-captivating ballads, and even a few beaten-battered-deep-fried covers. Nothing short of a stir fry of fun, these characters can certainly satiate even the biggest of musical appetites.

Upland Drive
Upland Drive is an experimental rock power quartet that offers a unique yet lively sound that brings elements together from many different genres including rock, funk, reggae, jazz, and even a touch of classical. Based in Asheville, NC, Upland Drive features Franklin Keel on cello and vocals, Ryan Kijanka on upright and electric bass, Debra Darling on vocals and C Scott Shaw on drums and trumpet. Upland Drive's original music is characterized by a fresh blend of styles, and their unique arrangements of both classic and more inconspicuous songs offer the audience a sound that is both adventurous and accessible.
