We're back with the second instalment of Double Floor Funk, and it's a corker. After the first successful run back in August, we're cooking up an abundance of funky numbers to keep you bouncing and fully aware that you don't have work tomorrow.
This time around we're joined by the mammoth 9-piece, Kookamunga, a Cardiff based powerhouse who deliver an unquestionably addictive and unique rhythmic sound that has embodied a style that lies somewhere between an early 60's rock sound reminiscent of Janis Joplin's Big Brother & The Holding Company, to the pivotal funk sound of Sly & The Family Stone.
Followed by the purveyor of good times, Veto & Roughion's Gwion serving up a healthy blend of funk, disco, soul and well, anything with a tasty beat.
