Céilí by the Lee is a weekly immersion in traditional Irish culture, incorporating traditional dancing and music, small talk about the weather, and a man with a thick accent and haphazard time-keeping.
Every week we start with the basic steps of Irish social dancing, before moving on to more complex dances as the night progresses. You don't need any experience or a partner, training and friends will be provided on the night!
A great way to learn to dance while meeting people, getting fit and experiencing Irish culture! Highly recommended by one and all. We meet in Crane Lane, which has a wide range of drinks from near and far to refresh you during and after the dancing!
