Toronto’s fiery jazz pianist Attila Fias is coming into town for a rare appearance at Hermann’s! His music has been featured on CBC radio and Jazz-FM, and his playing has been called pyrotechnic, stunning, playful and sophisticated by The Toronto Star, Wholenote Magazine, and Exclaim. He will be supported by Victoria’s own powerhouse rhythm section - Sean Drabitt (bass) and Kelby MacNayr (drums), and joined by special guests throughout the evening. Get ready for an exciting mix of originals, jazz standards, swing, Brazilian, Latin, funky grooves and more, with some musical sneak previews from his upcoming album set to be released in the new year.
